VIATEQ Corporation is hiring Customer Service Agents to support our government client. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, document details of your conversation, and use scripts and other resources to guide conversations. Important Information
This role will require your ability to obtain a light security clearance
The Successful Customer Service Agent Will
Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy
Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, not supplied by use of cellular data with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
Utilize technical systems, effectively and efficiently, including desktop, call center specific phone systems and the internet
Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program
Follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
