Administrative Support Specialist I

VIATEQ is seeking an Administrative Support I Specialist to provide services to our federal government customer.
 
This is a hybrid opportunity – requiring an in-office presence at the locations outlined below:
Washington, DC 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for project tasks
  • Greet visitors as they enter the office
  • Responsible for screening calls, photocopying, managing calendars, meeting coordination, travel coordination, filing and event arrangements
  • Provide word-processing, graphics, desktop publishing and editing/proofreading documents and presentations
  • Assist with completing presentation drafts and other meeting materials
  • Completing miscellaneous research tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Background check required
  • Associates degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience with MS Suite to include Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required
  • Ability to work independently
