VIATEQ is seeking an Administrative Support I Specialist to provide services to our federal government customer. This is a hybrid opportunity – requiring an in-office presence at the locations outlined below: Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support for project tasks
Greet visitors as they enter the office
Responsible for screening calls, photocopying, managing calendars, meeting coordination, travel coordination, filing and event arrangements
Provide word-processing, graphics, desktop publishing and editing/proofreading documents and presentations
Assist with completing presentation drafts and other meeting materials
Completing miscellaneous research tasks
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Background check required
Associates degree
3 years of relevant experience
Previous experience with MS Suite to include Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required
